Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Because many of our items are prepared specifically for your order, processing time may vary. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and available USPS shipping services.

Delivery Time
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Carrier delays are outside of our control.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Oak & Olive Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help make it right.

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for eligible orders. Pickup instructions will be provided after your order is ready. Please wait until you receive confirmation before arriving for pickup.
