Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Oak & Olive Co. purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Final Sale Items
Personalized or custom-made items and items marked final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
